英文摘要：

Combination system of intangible assets contains enough information reflecting its core competence, so we can explore the shape and distribution of combination system of intangible asset of enterprise, and then analyze and measure the whole system to evaluate enterprise core competence. This paper list out seven representational intangible assets based on literature searching and constructed a three dimensional space to reflect the overall intangible assets of enterprise. We establish seven evaluation systems based on three dimensions and appraise each intangible asset from three dimensions by fuzzy evaluation method. Then the orientation and distribution of each intangible asset in its value space are determined and the score of enterprise＇s core competence is elicited by vector sum. Finally, we figured it with real examples.
