基于声发射技术,以养护天数不同进行分组试验,在其他条件均相同的情况下,分别对养护天数为7天、14天和28天的混凝土和纯水泥试样进行单轴压缩条件下声发射试验,收集整理声发射信号并加以分析,得到三组试样破坏过程中的声发射特性。研究结果表明:影响混凝土声发射特性的因素包括混凝土的养护天数和混凝土材料的差别等;混凝土在外荷载作用下的破坏分三个阶段;混凝土的骨料配比,将会影响混凝土的延展性,相对于纯水泥材料,混凝土材料延展性较好,在结构的稳定性上具有更大的优势。
This paper based on acoustic emission technology, according to different curing days of test group, under the other conditions are the same, respectively for curing days for 7 days, 14 days and 28 days of the concrete and cement pure sample for uniaxial compression under the condition of acoustic emission testing, collect acoustic emission signal and analyzed, three sets of specimens were de- stroyed in the process of acoustic emission characteristics. The results show that: the influence concrete acoustic emission characteristics of factors including concrete curing days and concrete difference ; the damage of concrete under the action of the external load divided in- to three stages; ratio of aggregate concrete, the ductility of the concrete will affect, compared to the pure cement materials, ductility of concrete materials better, on the stability of the structure has greater advantage.
