快速准确地实现海上远程遇险目标的定位与跟踪是海上救援工作的重点,也是国际海上搜救领域的工作难点。通过对海上遇险漂流目标跟踪系统关键技术研究问题的探讨,提出基于运动学和海洋动力学联合建模思路,以及应用新型智能信息处理技术研发具有自适应性能的漂流目标轨迹融合预测模型与跟踪方法。在总结现在海上漂流目标跟踪研究情况的基础上,指出存在的主要问题,提出一套比较完整的研究思路,为新型漂流目标跟踪系统的研发提供有效的借鉴和众多有益的建议。
To promptly and accurately position and track a remote distress target at sea is the key work of maritime search and rescue,but is also a difficult job.Through studying crucial problems of tracking distress drift target at sea, a modeling concept based on combination of kinematics and ocean dynamics is presented.An adaptive fusion model predicting and tracking drift target trajectory are developed with new intelligent information processing technologies.The present situation of drift target tracking at sea is summarized and existing key problems are pointed out.A set of research methods for drift target tracking system is presented so as to provide references and suggestions for new drift target tracking system development.
