以聚乙二醇化壳聚糖(PEG-CS)为载体,首先通过乳化交联法得到聚乙二醇化壳聚糖微球,然后采用扩散填充法制备载胰岛素的聚乙二醇化壳聚糖微球.运用扫描电镜、圆二色谱、红外光谱和紫外光谱等方法进行表征,并研究载胰岛素聚乙二醇化壳聚糖微球的控制释放性能.结果表明,载胰岛素聚乙二醇化壳聚糖微球具有良好的缓释作用,且释放出的胰岛素结构保持不变,有望实现胰岛素的口服给药.
The PEG-CS microspheres are prepared by emulsification cross-linking method.And then insulin is loaded into the microspheres by diffusion method.Scanning electron microscopy,circular dichroism,infrared spectroscopy and ultraviolet spectroscopy are selected to characterize the relevant properties of the microspheres.The controlled release of insulin from the microspheres is investigated.The results show that the insulin-loaded PEG-CS microspheres can be a controlled-release to liberate insulin with its original structure.Thus the PEG-CS microspheres are expected to achieve the oral administration of insulin.
