The endocrinology medical specialties system of Mayo Clinic in USA is one of the American Board of Medical Specialties（ABMS） center. The characteristics of its training system that is rigorous, well-ordered, rich in content and closely related to clinic practice are introduced in this paper, which may provide some valuable experiences for us in Chinese endocrinology medical education.
