从成员异质性的角度解释合作社利益分配机制的安排,首先运用合作博弈框架理论分析具有不同资源禀赋的成员参与合作利益分配的博弈行为,然后基于江苏、四川和吉林三省66家有盈余分配农民专业合作社的调查数据进行实证研究。结果表明：中国农民专业合作社存在明显的成员异质性,合作社发起人股份比例普遍高于交易量比例;股份比例越是高于交易量比例,合作社盈余分配中按股分红的比例越大,按交易量返还的比例越小。
英文摘要：
M echanism of cooperatives＇ surplus distribution is explained from the perspective of membership heterogeneity. First of all,a framew ork of cooperative game has been established to analyze the behavior of benefit allocation among members w ith different resource endow ments w ho participated in cooperatives and,then the hypothesis is tested by the econometric model based on the investigation of 66 farmer cooperatives w ith surplus distribution from Jiangsu,Sichuan and Jilin provinces in China. Empirical analysis finds that founders＇ proportion of shares are generally higher than the proportion of transaction volume due to the membership heterogeneity,and the higher the proportion of shares is,the higher the proportion of share dividend among cooperatives surplus distribution is,and the smaller proportion of transaction volume is.
