The paper presents a co-link network of 31 Chinese provincial government websites by using Bing search engines, and makes an analysis on the reason. Visualization mapping shows two groups of government websites, and government websites at Beijing and Shanghai have strong government control of information sources, which plays a role as a bridge. Reason analysis reveals the main factor of Chinese government sites co-link is non-profit organizations, and commercial organizations factor indicates faint. Co-link analysis of government websites provides a new perspective for government websites evaluation, and also provides some useful inspirations for the development of the websites of the Chinese provincial governments.
