随着城市建设的快速发展，我国对历史街区的保护利用的问题也日益凸显。本文通过回顾我国城市更新的发展历程，分析在实践过程中存在的一些缺陷和弊端，引发出“社区再造”这一新的设计理念。本文以福州三坊七巷为社区再造的案例，通过实地调研考察分析，阐述其社区再造的内涵和在历史街区保护工作中的优势。从分析中可以得出，社区再造能够使社区的传统内涵在当代城市建设中继续得到较好发展和传扬，为社区的再发展有进步意义。

With the rapid development of city construction, the problem that the protection of historical street blocks in our country have became increasingly prominent. This paper reviews the development process of city renewal, and a- nalysised the defects and flaws in the process of practice, we triggering a new design concept which called ＂community rebuilding＂, this paper takes Sanfangqixiang in Fuzhou for case, Elaborating the Connotation of ＂ community rebuil- ding＂ , through site investigation and analysis, and expouds the advantage of the historical block protection work. we can drawn from the analysis above, ＂community rebuilding＂ can make the traditional meaning of the community con- tinue to develop and spread in the contemporary city construction, and for the community have a further exploration.
