目的对天津市某供水系统水质进行风险评估,为供水系统的水质安全提供保障。方法应用世界卫生组织《水安全计划》中所建立的方法,对天津市某供水系统的水源、水厂、管网及用户的安全性进行风险分析。结果以用户为例描述了风险评估结果,其中有2项危险因素的评定风险值≥40,处于比较高的风险范围;针对上述结果提出了相应的建议和控制措施。结论对供水系统相关环节的水质安全风险进行分析,并制定相应的控制措施,可为供水系统的安全运行提供保障,以便在问题出现时能够快速采取相应的措施和应急预案,尽早排除问题以确保供水安全。

英文摘要:

Objective To assess water quality of certain water supply system in Tianjin in order to ensure the security of water quality. Methods The risks of waster resource, water plant, distribution networks and consumers were assessed by the methods developed in Water Security Plan from WHO. Results The consumers' risk assessment result was described as an example, the result indicated that 2 dangerous factors' values were more than or equal to 40, and located in a higher risk range. Control measurements were produced aimed at the assessment result. Conclusion Water quality security risk assessment and control measurements establishment for every step in water supply system could ensure the security operation of the system. Rapid measurement and emergence prediction could be adopted when the problems appear, and the problems can be solved as soon as possible.
