匹多莫德联合孟鲁司特治疗小儿反复发作性哮喘的疗效观察

目的探究在小儿反复发作哮喘中给予孟鲁司特、匹多莫德联合治疗的临床疗效。方法选取潮州市妇幼保健院2011年6月-2012年12月共134例患儿,按随机数字表分为对照A组44例(单用孟鲁司特治疗),对照B组44例(单用匹多莫德治疗),治疗组46例(联合孟鲁司特、匹多莫德治疗),对比3组患者间临床资料差异性。结果联合组对比其余两组无症状时间长,就医次数少,3组均无不良反应。联合组显效率71.74%,较对照A组高21.74%,较对照B组高19.47%;联合组有效率为95.65%,较对照A组高4.74%,较对照B组高9.29%;以上数据行统计分析提示,P均〈0.05。结论联合孟鲁司特、匹多莫德治疗,提高患儿免疫力,强化抗感染效果,最终减少哮喘发生,疗效显著。

英文摘要:

Objective To explore clinical efficacy of the combined treatment of recurrent attacks of asthma in children given montelukast and pidotimod.Methods From Jun.2011 to Dec.2012,a total of 134 patients were randomly divided into the control group A(44 cases with montelukast treatment),44 cases of control group B(single of pidotimod for treatment),and 46 cases in the treatment group(combined montelukast,pidotimod treatment),the difference of clinical data between three groups of patients was analyzed.Results The asymptomatic time in the treatment group was longest among the three groups,number of medical visits was less,all the three groups had no adverse reaction.Combined effect rate of treatment group was 71.74%,compared with the control group A of 21.74%,the control group B of 19.47%;the combined group effect rate for 95.65%,more than the control group A of 4.74%,and the control group B of 9.29%;the above data showed that,P were less than 0.05.Conclusion Combined treatment of asthma with montelukast and pidotimod can strengthen immunity and the anti-infection effect,thus reduce the occurrence of asthma with notable curative effect.
