This paper studies the eco -industrial network which is designed for the international automobile industrial area in Nansha of Guangzhou through analyzing the characters of regional planning. Eco - industrial network is guided by the ideas of circular economy and eco - industrial area. In eco - industrial network missing steps are added, resource used efficiently is improved, the environmental pollutions radically are weakened, and certain economic benefits are realized, and then the results maybe useful to promote the sustainable development of the international automobile industrial area in Nansha.
