利用网柄菌对细菌的捕食作用,对毛霉状网柄菌去除鸡粪中肠道细菌的效果进行了初步研究。结果表明:在20℃振荡培养36h,粪便中的细菌总数下降至9.8×10^4cfu/mL,大肠菌群、葡萄球菌、梭菌总数分别下降至4.5×10^4cfu/mL、2.6×10^4cfu/mL、5.0×10^1cfu/mL,去除率分别达到99.99%、99.97%、99.69%、73.68%。培养72h,粪便中的细菌总数、大肠菌群、葡萄球菌、梭菌总数分别下降至8.0×10^3cfu/mL、8.0cfu/mL、5.0cfu/mL、5.0cfu/mL,其处理效果优于其他生物处理。网柄菌处理前后鸡粪营养成分差异不显著(P〉0.05),说明利用网柄可以最大限度地保持其原有营养成分。
A new Enterobacteria biological Control method,and the possibility of using dictyosteleds to eliminate the undesirable microorganisms in poultry waste were researched. The results showed :After incubated at 20℃ for 36h,the quantity of total bacteria,Escherichia, Staphylococcus and Clostridium was 9.8 ×10^4cfu/mL,4.5 ×10^4cfu/mL,2.6 ×10^4cfu/mL and 5.0 ×10^1cfu/mL,and the removal rates reached 99.99% , 99.97%, 99.69% and 73.68%, respectively. At the end of incubated period (72h), the quantity of total bacteria, Escherichia, Staphylococcus and Clostridium was 8.0 ×10^3cfu/mL,8.0cfu/mL,5.0cfu/mL and 5.0cfu/mL,respectively,which was better than any other bidogical threatments.Comparing the nutrition ingredients between the fresh material and the dictyostelids treated product,there are nearly no decrease of the crude proteins,ash,crude fibre, and crude fat was observed in all dictyostelids trials (P 〉 0.05 ), investingating that the original nutrient components could be kept by using Dictyostelium Mucoroides.
