运用计算流体动力学软件中的动网格模型,对在研的β型自由活塞式斯特林发动机进行了二维整机模拟。研究表明:膨胀腔与压缩腔中密度分布均匀,流道非连续区域存在涡流耗散;回热器是最主要的压降组件且呈现出复杂的流动换热特征,其特征温度在周期内非正弦变化,压力分布也有别于单向流,在交变周期内沿轴向非单调变化。模拟得到的压缩腔动态压力与实测值偏差小于10%,说明所采用的模拟方法能应用于装置参数的寻优及受热交变流的定量分析。
The β-type free piston stirling engine was simulated by using the dynamic mesh model in CFD software. The calculated results demonstrated that the distribution of density was uniform in expansion room and compression room,eddy dissipation happened in the flow pass of discontinuous regions. Regenerator was the main component of pressure drop,and presented several complex characteristics of flow and heat transfer. The variation of characteristic temperature was non-sine in a period,and the distribution of pressure in a oscillating period was non-monotonic along the axial direction,which was different with unidirectional flow. The error of dynamic pressure between simulation results and experimental results in compress room was less than 10%,which verified that the simulation method could be applied to the optimization of device parameter and quantitative analysis of theoscillating flow.
