C45混凝土在地铁施工现场养护和标准养护,测试混凝土强度发展,并研究混凝土在硫酸盐浸泡环境和干湿循环条件下的强度演变与硫酸根离子渗透。研究结果表明:相比标准养护,地铁现场养护降低混凝土28 d抗压强度10%左右,硫酸盐浸泡环境下二者强度演变差别很小,干湿循环120 d后现场养护混凝土强度下降2 MPa,养护制度对混凝土抗硫酸盐腐蚀能力影响较小。混凝土在硫酸盐环境下强度先增加后下降,硫酸根离子随深度增加而下降,随腐蚀龄期增加而增加,符合扩散规律。相比浸泡腐蚀,干湿循环加速了混凝土的硫酸盐腐蚀速度。
C45 concrete in the subway construction site conservation and conservation standards,testing concrete strength development, and to study the concrete sulfate soaking wet and dry cycling conditions environment and the evolution of the intensity and sulfate ion penetration.The results showed that compared to standard maintenance ,subway scene 28 d compressive strength of concrete curing reduced by about 10%,sulfate immersion environment,there was little difference between the two strength evolution,but the wet and dry cycles 120 d scene after curing concrete strength decreased 2 MPa.Strength of concrete in sulfate environment first increased and then decreased ,sulfate ion penetration in line diffusion regularity,wet and dry cycles accelerated concrete sulfate corrosion.
