Medical technology development is often accompanied by rising medical cost, which in turn increases the demand for health insurance by the people. Moreover, the development of medical insurance increases people＇s demand for medical care, which further accelerate the development of medical technology. Medical technology development results in rapidly rising medical costs. This paper analyzes the interactive relationship between medical technology development and medical insurance, attempts to contain rising medical costs from the perspective of medical insurance.
