抑郁是帕金森病常见的非运动症状,严重影响帕金森患者的生活质量,目前针对帕金森伴抑郁的影像学研究越来越多。杏仁核是情绪产生及调节的关键结构,杏仁核的异常改变在帕金森伴抑郁的发病机制中具有重要作用,已有研究应用基于体素的形态学测量技术、扩散张量成像、功能磁共振成像、正电子发射计算机断层显像、单电子发射计算机断层显像等技术探讨了帕金森伴抑郁的杏仁核影像学异常改变,但目前对于帕金森伴抑郁患者杏仁核影像学研究仍存在着不足,还需不断新的研究对其进行更深入探讨。
Depression is a common non-motor symptonl of Parkinsong disease. It has a serious impact on the quality of life of patients with Parkinson and increases the burdens of family and society. Recently, more and more researchers concentrated on the neuroimaging studies of depression with Parkinson's, disease(DPD). Amygdala is a key structure of emotion generation and regula- tion. The abnormality of amygdala plays an important role in the pathogenesis of depression with Parkinson' s disease. Many stud- ies have reported imaging alterations of amygdala in DPD based on voxel based morphometry, diffusion tensor imaging, functional magnetic resonance imaging, positrun emission tomography, single electron emission computed tomography and so on. But at pres- ent, there are still some problems on the study of amygdala imaging of Parkinsong patients with depression, it is necessary to make further of it.
