在细观结构层面上,将次轻混凝土看作由陶粒、碎石和砂浆所组成的非均质三相复合材料,在有限元分析软件ANSYS的平台上,采用APDL语言编制了程序,对次轻混凝土进行了单轴受压破坏的全过程进行数值模拟:按照瓦拉文计算式计算出不同粒径的陶粒及石子数目,采用蒙特卡罗法对次轻混凝土骨料进行随机投放,生成随机骨料模型,然后对此模型进行了受力全过程分析。结果表明,建立的二维次轻混凝土的随机骨料模型的研究方法是可行的。
The combined aggregate concrete is considered as a three-phase heterogeneous composite material,consists of lightweight aggregate,o rdinary aggregate and mortar.The program with APDL is used to simulate compression failure of the combined aggregate concrete.According to Walraven formula, the number of the different kinds of aggregate is calculated,a nd place randomly into the concrete model by the Monte Carlo method.The combined aggregate concrete model is built,and the failure process is analysis.The results show that this method is feasible.
