采用数值模拟的方式对带/不带涡发生器的翼型流场进行计算,并与相应的试验数据进行对比,验证数值计算方法的可靠性。在此基础上,对3种不同弦向位置涡发生器对翼型气动特性的影响进行计算与分析。结果表明,3种安装位置的涡发生器均可有效推迟失速攻角及提高最大升力系数,但由于位置不同,产生的诱导涡的强度有较大差别,并对速度型线产生较大影响,最终导致翼型气动特性上的差异。在3种弦向位置中,20%弦向位鼍可取得较好的流动控制效果。
The flow fields of wind turbine airfoil with/without vortex generators (VGs) were simulated with CFD software, and calculation results were compared with corresponding test to verify the reliability of numerical method. Based on this, the effect of vortex generators with three different chord positions on airfoil pneumatic performance were calculated and analyzed. The results show that all three installed position VGs postpone stall angle of attack and increase maximum lift coefficient effectively; however, the different position would produce different strength inducing vortex, and velocity profile would have notable difference, and then led to different airfoil aerodynamic performance. Among selected three chord positions, 20% chord position could get better flow control affect.
