目的:探讨CD19+PD-L1+肿瘤浸润性B淋巴细胞在乳腺肿瘤组织中的作用以及生物学意义,为进一步了解B细胞在肿瘤免疫应答的作用提供理论基础。方法利用免疫组织化学多种染色技术分析CD19+PD-L1+肿瘤浸润B细胞在31例乳腺纤维腺瘤患者标本、16例乳管内乳头状瘤患者标本、15例导管内原位癌患者标本和134例浸润性乳腺癌患者标本中的表达情况,采用趋势性检验及卡方检验等统计学分析CD19+PD-L1+ B细胞与乳腺肿瘤的相关性及临床病理参数之间的生物学意义。结果(1)CD19+PD-L1+ B细胞在乳腺浸润癌中的表达显著高于乳腺纤维腺瘤、乳腺导管内乳头状瘤以及原位癌组织中(P﹤0.0001);(2) CD19+PD-L1+ B细胞的浸润与HER2的相关性接近统计学意义(P=0.073)。结论 CD19+PD-L1+B细胞与乳腺恶性肿瘤的发生发展存在一定相关性。CD19+PD-L1+ B细胞在乳腺浸润癌中的是否介导免疫逃逸以及对其它免疫效应性细胞的作用有待进一步研究。
Objective To investigate the expression and signiifcance of CD19+PD-L1+ tumor inifltrating B lymphocytes in breast tumor tissue.Methods The expressions of CD19+PD-L1+ tumor inifltrating B cells in 31 cases of breast ifbroadenoma, 16 cases of intraductal papilloma, 15 cases of ductal carcinoma in situ and 134 cases of invasive ductal carcinomas were detected by using immunohistochemistry.Result(1)The expression intensity of CD19+PD-L1+ B cells in invasive ductal carcinomas is significantly higher than the breast fibroadenoma, intraductal papilloma and ductal carcinoma in situ (P﹤0.0001). (2)The correlation of HER2 is close to statistical signiifcance (P=0.073).Conclusion CD19+PD-L1+ B cells has a certain correlation with the development of breast malignant tumors. Whether CD19+PD-L1+ B cells is mediated immune escape and other immune effect in breast ductal carcinoma cells deserves further study.
