提出了硫化铋精矿低温碱性熔炼粗铋的新工艺,考察了w(NaOH)/w(Na2CO3)、碱量、温度和时间等因素对熔炼的影响。结果表明,在w(NaOH)/w(Na2CO3)=20/133、碱量为1.64倍理论量、温度800oC、时间1.5h的最优条件下,金属铋的直收率可达94.02%,粗铋含Bi98%,该工艺具有低温、清洁、直收率高等特点。
A new process for alkaline smelting bismuth sulfide concentrate into rude bismuth at low temperature was proposed. The effects of w( NaOH)/w( Na2CO3 ), the dosage of alkali, temperature and time on smelting were investigated. The results indicate that on the optimum conditions that w( NaOH)/w( N%CO3 ) is 20/133, the dosage of alkali is 1.64 times of the theoretical value and 800 ℃ for 1.5 h, the direct recovery of metal bismuth and the content of bismuth in rude bismuth can reach 94.02% and 98% respectively. The process has the advantages of low temperature, cleanness and high direct recovery.
