利用矢量Monte Carlo算法结合葡萄糖的旋光特性模拟了含糖混浊介质的背散射Mueller矩阵。数值模拟表明:含糖混浊介质的背散射Mueller矩阵元素中除M11、M14、M41、M44外的其它元素花样均发生龙卷风状的不同程度的扭曲,其中M24、M34、M42、M43的扭曲程度更为显著。研究发现M24、M34、M42、M43二维分布伪彩图的中心线为阿基米德螺旋线,该螺旋线特征参数与混浊介质中的葡萄糖浓度成正比。这一结果将为基于背散射Mueller矩阵的葡萄糖浓度的非接触光学定量检测提供理论依据。
Mueller matrix of turbid media containi Monte Carlo methold. The optical rotation chara ng gluco cteristic of se was simulated with the vector of simulation. Numerical results show that the elements(excep glucose was considered in the t M11, M14, M41 and M44) of Mueller matrix for turbid media containing glucose are somewhat rotated like a cyclone; the rotation for M24, M34, M42 and M43 is more remarkable. The centre line of a petal area of pseudocolor map of Mueller matrix is an Archimedes' spiral, and the characteristic parameter of spiral is proportionate to the glucose concentration, which implies a novel measurement to the glucose containt based on bascksactteing Mueller matrix.
