高校辅导员是高校教师队伍的重要组成部分。由于工作责任不明以及竞争机制的缺乏,缺乏系统的选拔、考核、激励和保障高校辅导员的机制。本研究采用文献综述法、行为事件访谈法、问卷法等方法,将定性研究与量化研究相结合,对高校辅导员胜任力模型进行实证研究。研究构建了高校辅导员胜任力模型,完成了模型的验证,探讨了高校辅导员选拔、考核等方面的有效工具。
The purpose of this dissertation is to explore the competency model of university counselors, to competency model of university counselors, to construct the teacher competency questionnaire and assess the level of the university counselors competency; some methods such as literature analytic method, behavior event interview, questionnaire, factor analysis are used in this study. Through this research, it is found that university counselor competency items include management character, student concerning, personal character, cultural identity, and political consciousness.
