Fungal biofilm formation is a major mechanism of fungal drug-resistance.For preventing from clinical fungal infection and drug-resistance,it is very important to learn about the affecting factors and resistance mechinism caused by biofilm formation.This review describes the formation and structure of common pathogenic fungal biofilm, factors influencing biofilm formation,the mechinisms of drug-resistance by biofilm formation,and methods of prevention and treatment.
