研究了用氢氟酸和氢氧化钠净化失效磷酸基抛光液新工艺。在反应温度50℃、反应时间40min、搅拌速度200r/min、氢氧化钠用量为理论化学计量1.0倍、氢氟酸添加量为理论化学计量1.2倍、静置1d条件下,失效磷酸基抛光液中铝脱除率达90%以上,同时有8%~10%的抛光液转化为锥冰晶石。与传统工艺相比,该工艺可使抛光液得到再生利用,而且容易获得纯度较高的纳米锥冰晶石,具有良好的推广应用价值。
A novel technology on removal aluminum using hydrofluoric acid and sodium hydroxide as additives from invalid phosphoric-based acid polishing solution has been investigated. At the conditions of reaction temperature of 50℃, reaction time of 40 min, stirring rate of 200 r/min, dosage of hydrofluoric acid and sodium hydroxide to their stoichiometry of 1.2 and 1.0 times respectively, and stand for 1 day, removal rate of aluminum is over 90%, and chiolite of 8-10% is produced at the same time. Compared to traditional process, the novel process can not only make the invalid phos-phoric-based acid polishing solution regenerate, but also prepare high purity chiolite. It has good application prospect.
