网络集群行为执行意向作为重要的预测变量，对探测网络集群行为的作用机制和引导策略具有十分重要的作用，成为当前信息安全和社会管理的研究热点。本研究通过文本数据挖掘技术、团体焦点访谈和问卷调查法编制了网络集群行为执行意向测量工具，探索性因素和验证性因素分析结果表明，其测量工具有良好的信度和效度。实证分析发现网络集群行为执行意向由三个维度构成，分别是可控性执行意向、安全性执行意向和价值性执行意向。
英文摘要：
Implementation intentions of cyber collective behavior, which as a predictor variable plays an important role in detecting the mechanism and guidance strategy of cyber collective behavior, has become a hot research topic in the information security and social management. In the research, we develop a measurement tool about implementation intentions of cyber collective behavior by using text data mining technique, focus group interviews and questionnaire, and the results of exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor a- nalysis show that the tool has good reliability and validity. The results also show that implementation intention of the cyber collective be- havior is composed of three dimensions： controllable-oriented implementation intentions, safety-oriented implementation intentions and value-oriented implementation intentions.
