为了研发水下及潮湿环境下修补用环氧结构胶,探讨了填料硅微粉对环氧结构胶性能的影响,测试了硅微粉增强环氧结构胶的溶水率、吸水率和力学性能。结果表明:在试验范围内,随着硅微粉掺量和细度的增加,环氧结构胶的吸水率提高,而溶水率和粘结强度则呈先提高后降低;掺800目硅微粉的作用效果优于掺400目硅微粉的;掺400目硅微粉对环氧结构胶的抗压强度先提高后趋于稳定,掺800目硅微粉对环氧结构胶的抗压强度则呈先提高后降低;微硅粉的掺加会降低环氧结构胶断裂伸长率。
In order to develop epoxy structural adhesive for underwater and wet environment,it researched the effect of filler silicon powder on the properties of epoxy structural adhesive,and also tested the water soluble rate,water absorption and mechanical properties. The results showed that under certain conditions,with the increase of silicon powder content and fineness, the water absorption of epoxy structural adhesive is improved,but the water content and the bond strength first increases and then decreases. The effect of adding 800 mesh silica powder is greater than adding 400 mesh. With 400 mesh silica powder the compressive strength of epoxy structural adhesive strength first increases and then becomes stable,while with 800 mesh silica powder the epoxy structural adhesive compressive strength first increases and then decreases. The addition of micro silica will reduce the elongation at break.
