通过改变合金的细化工艺来实现含Zr铝合金的有效细化并对其细化机理进行了探讨。通过试验研究发现,合金熔体中如果已有一定量的Zr,再加入Al-Ti-C细化时会出现严重的"中毒"现象,导致晶粒粗大;而通过改变合金中Zr的添加顺序,在合金中先加入Al-Ti-C细化,然后再按合金成分添加所需要的Zr,就能达到较好的细化效果。
The refining technology of aluminum alloys containing zirconium was studied in this paper and the effect mechanism has also been discussed. The experimental results show that the adding order of Zr has important influences on the refining effect of Al-Ti-C master alloy. The refining effect of Al-Ti-C can be poisoned if Zr has been added into the melt in advance while it can have excellent refining effect by adding Al-Ti-C into the melt before the addition of Zr.
