泄漏电流是随时间变化的物理量,造成绝缘子绝缘电阻测量法检测困难。由于在线检测的绝缘子数量多,工作量大。为解决以上问题,设计了一种带电测量±800kV特高压直流输电线路绝缘子绝缘电阻韵检测装置。正常工况下控制该装置在耐张绝缘子串和垂直绝缘子串上的攀爬翻转.同时在不受泄漏电流影响的情况下完成绝缘子绝缘电阻检测工作。实验数据表明:该装置测量绝缘子绝缘电阻的误差在5%以内。能很好地判断出正常运行线路绝缘子是否为低值或零值绝缘子,进而判断绝缘子的优劣状态,达到实验目的。本漱性具有结构简单,灵活性高.可靠性强的特点.具有较好的实用性。
Due to time variation of leakage current, it is difficult to measure insulator resistance. The large amount of insulators also lead to heavy workload during online measuring, A +800 kV UHVDC transmission line insulator insulation resistance testing device is designed to solve the problem. The device can climb on tension insulator strings and vertical insulator strings, measure insulation resistance without impact of leakage current under normal condition. Experimental data show that error margin of insulation resistance measurements is within 5% range. The device has ability to detect low or zero resistance value of line insulators under normal operation. The device is simple, flexible, reliable and has strong practical value.
