介绍了柔版印刷工艺对瓦楞纸板性能的各种需求,建议我国应进一步发展再生纤维制造高强度箱纸板技术,加强有利于降低纸板强度性能损失的环保型水性油墨柔版印刷技术及相关制版材料等方面的配套研究。

英文摘要:

Corrugated containers have long been used to pack and protect various goods. With increasing demand to reduce, reuse, and recycle packaging materials, the use of environment friendly corrugated board is still expanding, it becomes the consumers preferred containers to pack heavy-duty industrial goods as well as electronic products. At the same time, while in developed countries lightweight high performance single-wall boxes have already replaced traditional basis weight-based containers to become the dominant containers, high weight double-wall boxes are still widely used in China. This suggests that Chinese papermakers should cooperate more closely with printing and packaging, transportation and other related industries to develop high strength single-wall corrugated board to reduce fiber raw material consumption With the increasing number of supermarkets and discount stores, the retail industry also needs point-of-sale packaging with multicolor graphics to promote the product within, leading to higher demand of linerboards printability. Linerboards are usually printed by water-based flexography, either before or after being combined with corrugating medium. Linerboard properties affecting flexographic printability are discussed.
