以氦气为处理气体,使用常压介质阻挡放电等离子体对苎麻纤维表面进行改性处理。测定了处理前后苎麻纤维表面形貌和化学成分变化及与丁二酸丁二醇酯粘结性能改变。结果表明,苎麻纤维经氦气常压等离子体处理后,纤维表面受到不同程度的刻蚀且粗糙度增加,纤维表面的疏水基团有所增加,从而使苎麻纤维与聚丁二酸丁二醇酯的粘结性能得到显著改善。
Atmospheric pressure nitrogen plasma was uesd to improve the ramie fiber surface properties for better adhension to poly butylenes succinate(PBS). The surface topography was studied by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) was used to study surface funetionalizatiorL Interracial shear strength was investigated to evaluate the interracial adhension between ramie fiber and PBS. The results showed that ramie fiber treated with atmospheric pressure nitrogen plasma, both fiber surface roughness and hydrophobic grouping were increased, and the interracial adhension between ramie fiber and PBS was sig- nificantly improved.
