为了准确测定千米深井中煤层瓦斯压力,对现行钻孔封孔工艺的优缺点进行了分析,并把这些封孔工艺的优点结合起来,提出了三次注浆封孔工艺技术,结合主动测压技术,可快速准确地测定煤层瓦斯压力。该技术在梁宝寺井田进行试验,成功测定了梁宝寺井田的煤层瓦斯压力,对梁宝寺井田的瓦斯治理提供了理论依据。
In this paper, analysis was made on the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional hole sealing processes in order to accurately measure the coal-seam gas pressure in the deep well over 1000 m, and based on their advantages, a new hole sealing process by grouting three times was proposed, and combining with the active pressure measuring technique, the coal-seam gas pressure can be measured accurately. This hole sealing process was tested in Liangbaosi Coal Mine, the coal-seam gas pressure of the mine was successfully measured, which provided basis for the gas control of Liangbaosi Coal Mine.
