通过溶液聚合方法成功制备了三乙烯基封端的有机硅改性聚氨酯预聚物。通过傅立叶红外光谱(FT-IR)分析证实了三乙烯基封端的有机硅聚氨酯丙烯酸酯光固化预聚物的结构。研究了预聚物的固化速度、固化膜的力学性能和凝胶含量,并通过动态力学热分析(DMTA)进行了表征。与通用的单乙烯基封端的聚氨酯光固化膜相比,三乙烯基丙烯酸酯的引入有助于固化膜交联程度的提高,其中紫外光照射30秒时凝胶含量提高了3.1%,拉伸强度提高了192%。
UV curable siliconized polyurethane acrylate coating prepolymer with tri-vinyl functional groups was successfully synthesized by the solvent polymerization method and the product thus obtained was characterized by FT-IR. The gel content, dynamic mechanical thermal analysis (DMTA) and mechanical properties were used to investigate the properties of crosslinked films. Compared with single-vinyl polyurethane films, the crosslinking density and tensile strength of tri-vinyl polyurethane membranes were increased effectively.
