采用两种加工方法制备了PP/HDPE/m-LLDPE三元共混物,改变两种分散相m—LLDPE和HDPE用量,研究了其对不同加工方法制备的三元共混体系形态和性能的影响。结果表明,当m-LLDPE质量分数低于15%时,三元体系中分散相HDPE与m-LLDPE出现单独分散与包覆结构并存的形态,共混方法对材料的形态和力学性能影响不大;当m-LLDPE质量分数高于15%时,加工方法一制得的样品的冲击强度大幅提高,其内部包覆结构与单独分散的形态并存;加工方法二制得的样品中m-LLDPE与HDPE趋向于形成包覆结构。
PP/HDPE/m-LLDPE ternary blends were prepared by two different methods. The contents of the two dispersed phase of m-LLDPE and HDPE compositions were changed, and the effects of the changes on the morphology and mechanic',:d properties of the prepared blends were studied. The results showed when m-LLDPE content was below 15%, HDPE particles were dispersed in both PP matrix and m-LLDPE phase in the ternary blends and there was no difference between the mechanical properties of the blends prepared by two methods; when m-LLDPE content was above 15 %, the Izod notched impact strength of the blend prepared by Method 1 was dramatically improved and SEM pictures showed in the sample prepared by Method 2, HDPE particles were mainly dispersed in m- LLDPE phase, however, in the samples prepared by Method 1, HDPE particles were dispersed in both PP matrix and m-LLDPE phase.
