为了重新制定新的罐容表,利用几何关系以及容积相等的关系,将变位后的油浮子高度与变位前油面高度联系起来,建立变位后油量与油位高度以及变位参数之间的数学模型,并采用加速遗传算法进行参数估计,最后进行模型检验和有效性分析。实验结果表明,所提出的模型具有较高的精度,是一种行之有效的标定方法。
In order to re-enact the new gage table, geometrical and volume balance relationship were used for relating the height of oil float after and the oil level height before the position change. Build up the mathematic model between oil volume and oil level height with other variable parameters. Estimate the value of parameters by accelerating genetic algorithm. Last, model testing and validity analysis were carried. Experimental results showed that the proposed model had high accuracy, which is an effective method for calibrating.
