介绍了一种可用于软件采购定价的成本估算系统。首先引入了一个两阶段的成本估算模型框架。该框架利用一个裁剪的COCOMOⅡ模型估算开发总工作量,再利用一个贝叶斯网络模型估算开发总成本。并以某科技计划项目为例,对贝叶斯网络模型参数进行了定义和校准。在此基础上,开发了基于B/S结构的成本估算系统。应用实例表明,该系统拥有较高的估算精度。
This paper proposed a cost estimation system used for software acquisition pricing. First, introduced a two phase cost estimation model framework. The framework included a pruned COCOMO Ⅱ model for estimating developing effort and a Bayesian network for estimating total cost. Taking some technology planning projects for example, the framework was implemented and the parameters of the model were defined and validated. Based on that, developed a B/S structure cost estimation system. Case studies show that the system has high estimation accuracy.
