研制以聚马来松香己二醇酯(PMHE)分散羧基化多壁碳纳米管的化学修饰电极(PMHE-MWC-NTs/GC),研究了尿酸(UA)在修饰电极上的电化学行为和测定方法.结果表明,在0.3mol/LHAc-NaAc(pH4.65)缓冲溶液中修饰电极对尿酸的氧化具有明显的催化和增敏作用,氧化峰电位由0.5V(裸电极)负移到0.573V,灵敏度增大约6倍.对各种实验条件进行了优化.定量测定的线性范围为1.0×10-6mol/L~7.0×10-4mol/L(r=0.9968),检出限为1.0×10-7mol/L.利用该法直接测定了人体尿样中尿酸的含量,结果满意.
The voltammetric behavior of uric acid at the MWNT-polymer of maleated rosin acid-hexandiol ester(PMHE) modified electrode was studied.It was found that in a 0.3 mol/L HAc-NaAc buffer solution(pH4.65),modified electrode exhibited a remarkable catalytic and enhanced effects on the current response of uric acid.The oxidative peak potential of uric acid was shift from 0.573 V(bare GCE) to 0.5 V(vs.AgCl/Ag)(GC/ PMHE-MWCNTs),and the sensitivity increased ca.6 times.Some experimental conditions were optimized.The linear calibration range for chloramphenicol was from 1.0×10-6 mol/L to 7.0×10-4 mol/L(r = 0.9968) with a detection limit of 1.0×10-7 mol/L.The method has been used to determine the content of uric acid in human urine without any preliminary treatment.
