Since the 1960＇s,Taiwan have began to carry out the industry of developed countries,fundamentally changed the production function of the traditional industries.The economy of Taiwan have gradually increased,the manufacturing exports have developed,and have leaden to current account surplus,triggered the growth of its foreign exchange reserves rapidly.Even longer period of time in the future,the foreign exchange reserves of Taiwan will be at a high level and will continue to increase,which is a stage of Taiwan must pass through during the industrial upgrading and updating process and is also a phenomenon to occur reflected in other developing economies that will undertake the process of international industrial transfer in the near future.To some extent,it is a law in international economy.
