To develop aquestionnaire in the groups of students with different background knowledge,to analyze its identity and importance of evaluation indicators,and calculate the weight of each evaluation index,and use the normalized method to make each teacher's teaching evaluation scores by different students into,in order to eliminate the subjective differences of different students.Finally,by using the theory of normal distribution to calculate the average score and variance of each teacher,and the variance is used as in addition to mean a second evaluation criteria,to optimize the traditional teaching evaluation scores algorithm.
