针对企业如何在客户订单的需求与核心资源的供给之间做出有效权衡,以获取最大利润的订单承诺问题,通过结合核心资源动态保留与订单价格动态调整这两种策略,建立了相应的随机模型,在假定客户订单需求是已知独立分布的情况下,从数学上证明了存在核心资源的最优保留量与订单的最优定价能够最大化企业的期望利润,然后结合仿真实验,研究不同核心资源量与需求价格弹性对核心资源最优保留量与订单最优定价的影响。
Facing uncertain future customer orders,a firm is challenged to make good order promising and fulfillment decisions that balance current critical resources and future customer demands.The combination of a dynamic resource reservation policy and a dynamic pricing policy for order-promising was proposed,based on which a corresponding stochastic model was developed.Assuming known independent demand distributions,the optimal reservation level and price level was derived and proved to maximize expected total profit.Finally,a series of simulation experiments was conducted to reveal the impact of initial availability and demand-pricing elasticity.
