利用BCK催化剂进行了丁烯-1与乙烯的共聚,通过GPC,13CNMR,FTIR,DSC,WAXD等手段研究了共聚单体对丁烯-1/乙烯共聚活性及共聚物性能的影响。表征结果显示,乙烯单体的加入可提高丁烯-1与乙烯共聚的活性,但共聚物的相对分子质量降低。合成的丁烯-1/乙烯共聚物为无规共聚物,在室温下存在晶型Ⅰ和Ⅱ两种晶型,且随着时间的延长,晶型Ⅱ逐步转变成稳定的晶型I;随着乙烯在共聚物中含量的增加,晶型转变速率加快。温度越高,聚合物越易发生交联。丁烯-1/乙烯共聚物经过多次热处理会出现先交联后降解的现象。
Copolymerization of butene-1 and ethylene was carried out by using BCK catalyst. The effects of comonomer on butene-1/ethylene copolymerization activity and copolymer properties were investigated by GPC, 13C NMR, FTIR, DSC, and WAXD. The results show that the addition of ethylene monomer could improve the activity of copolymerization of butene-1 with ethylene, but the relative molecular mass of the copolymer decreased. The synthesized butene-1/ethylene copolymers were random copolymers. At room temperature, there were two crystalline types, crystal type Ⅰ and Ⅱ. And with the extension of time, crystalline phase Ⅱ was gradually transformed into stable crystalline type Ⅰ. With the increase of ethylene content in the copolymer, the rate of crystalline transformation was accelerated. The higher the temperature, the more prone to crosslinking of the polymer. Butene-1/ethylene copolymer would appear the phenomenon of cross-linking first and then degradation after repeated heat treatment.
