以Al/α-Fe2O3为催化剂,采用紫外辅助催化湿式过氧化氢法处理酸性大红GR,通过单因素和正交实验研究了催化剂和过氧化氢加入量、起始pH值、反应温度和反应时间对染料废水脱色率及COD去除率的影响,结果表明:最佳工艺条件为反应时间3h,催化剂用量0.1g,30%H2O2用量0.6mL,起始pH=4,在此条件下,染料废水脱色率为99.98%,CODcr去除率为96.94%。在此基础上,运用一级动力学模型和Arrhenius公式,得到了一级反应速率常数、活化能和表观动力学方程。
To study the degradation of Acid Scarlet GR with Al/α-Fe2O3 as catalyst under UV-assisted catalytic wet oxidation hydrogen peroxide,single-factor and orthogonal experiments were carried out to inspect the influences of different factors on the decolorization rate and COD removal.The optimum conditions were confirmed as follows.The reaction time is 3h,the catalyst dosage is 0.1g,the 30% H2O2 dosage is 0.6mL,and the initial pH 4.Under these conditions,the decolorization rate and COD(cr) removal rate were respectively 99.98% and 96.94%.On this basis,the first order reaction rate constants,activation energy and apparent kinetic equation can be obtained by using the kinetic model and Arrhenius formula.
