以研究型合资企业为对象，提出了合作R＆D中专有资源、关系风险与母公司控制选择偏好之间关系的概念模型；进一步利用来自国内企业的调研数据，借助结构方程模型验证了三者之间的相关关系。研究表明，母公司投入研发用途灵活的专有资源和用途特殊的专有资源对关系风险产生的影响有显著差异，进而直接或间接的影响母公司对研究型合资企业控制的选择；同时，在专有资源被获得后的有效发挥和价值最大化对母公司控制模式的选择具有显著而直接的影响。
英文摘要：
Aiming at Research Joint Ventures, this paper proposes a concept model about the relationship between firm-specific resources, relational risks and parent control mode during cooperative R＆D. Based on data collected from domestic firms participating in RJVs, structural equation model is applied to examine the relationship be-tween these three variables. The firm-specific but usage-fixed resource and the firm-specific and usage-flexible re-source make big difference on relational risks, and then have effect on parent control choosing, the results also show that from the perspective of value magnification there are significant and direct correlations between firm-spe-cific resources and parent control.
