通过对电子束选区熔化技术控制系统的功能需求进行分析,得到了以PMAC数控卡作为控制系统下位机的控制方案,不仅可以对4个步进电机及限位信号进行运动控制,而且可以进行扫描数据的存储、下载、计算及运行。两年多的运行表明该控制方案具有较高的可靠度。
By analyzing the controlling system function of electron beam selective melting, the PMAC motion controller is selected as a slave computer of the controlling system, which can not only control the four serve motion and several limit signals, but also can save and download the scanning data. Furthermore, the scanning data can be calculated and self-executed by the PMAC motion controller. Two years running effects showed that this controlling system has very high reliability.
