High-tech enterprises as an effective carrier in promoting high tech rapidly industrialization are the main force of China＇s independent innovation. The innovation capabilities are the key to our country from large manufacturing country to big manufacturing country. Continuous innovation abilities can be used to breaking, transitional, non-continuous, unpredictably technology innovation. The innovation capabilities are dynamic process that polymerization of internal and external resources make up the gap of innovation resources in high-tech enterprises. Through technology learning, organizational changing, cooperation, innovation network building, high-tech enterprises can realize balance between exploratory and exploitative knowledge to eliminating the rigid core ability and promoting the healthy development.
