通过测定盐冻循环后的4种配合比磷酸钾镁水泥试件质量损失、抗压强度、盐冻破坏形态,对比分析了单掺硅灰、单掺石灰石粉以及双掺硅灰和石灰石粉对磷酸钾镁水泥抗盐冻性能的影响,并通过SEM观测分析微观结构。结果表明,单掺石灰石粉并没有使磷酸钾镁水泥的抗冻性得到明显改善,反而降低了磷酸钾镁水泥的抗冻性;单掺硅灰对磷酸钾镁水泥的抗冻性有显著改善效果;双掺硅灰和石灰石粉对提高磷酸钾镁水泥的抗冻性有一定的协同增效作用,两者有效融合使得对磷酸钾镁水泥抗冻性的改善效果达到最佳。
With regard to magnesium potassium phosphate cements of four kinds of mixing ratio, mass loss, compressive strengthand morphology were measured after they underwent frost-salt experiment,in order to conduct a comparative analysis of the effect onfrost-salt resistance of magnesium potassium phosphate cement for only silica fume, only limestone powder and the combination of both.Also their microstructure was observed by using SEM.The results show that limestone powder alone did not improve frost-salt resistanceof magnesium potassium phosphate cement,but reduced it.Silica fume alone improved frost-salt resistance of magnesium potassiumphosphate cement.The combination of both exerted a synergistic effect in improving frost-salt resistance of magnesium potassiumphosphate cement, thus making its frost-salt resistance the best.
