为研究膨胀剂掺量对钢管混凝土徐变性能的影响,对所有原材料进行了性能测试,分别进行了膨胀剂掺量为4%,8%,12%条件下的钢管混凝土徐变试验研究。试验结果表明:膨胀剂掺量4%时徐变度最大、8%次之、12%最小,即徐变度随着膨胀剂掺量的增加而减小;但当膨胀剂掺量为12%时,其补偿收缩和微膨胀相比膨胀剂掺量8%提高并不明显,同时为了阐明其内在机理,应用扫描电镜二次电子成像观测及能谱成分分析,得出膨胀剂反应生成钙矾石,一方面可以补偿收缩,另一方面填充在C-S-H胶凝孔中具有微膨胀的能力。
In order to research the effect of expanding agent content on creep characteristics of CFST, the properties of all the raw materials are tested. The experiments of CFST with expanding agent dosages of 4%, 8% and 12% are carried out respectively. The result shows that (1) the expansive agent dosage of 4% affects the creep degree most, the dosage of 8% does less, and the dosage of 12% does the least, i. e. , the creep degree decreases with the increase of expansive agent dosage; (2) when expansive agent dosage is 12%, its effect on compensated shrinkage and slight expansive are inapparent compared with those of the dosage of 8%. By the means of secondary electron imaging observation with SEM and analysis with EDS to illuminate the inner mechanism, it reveals that the reaction with expansive agent produced ettringite, on the one hand it can compensate shrinkage, on the other hand it can make slight expansion by filling in cementitious holes of C-S-H.
