为了制备可以在磁场中悬浮的ICF(惯性约束聚变)靶丸,采用化学镀法对空心PS靶丸包覆Ni-P合金磁性镀层。化学镀Ni-P合金工艺条件为:NiSO4·6H2O为30g/L,NaH2PO2为30g/L,焦磷酸钠为60g/L,pH值为10.5,温度为40℃。采用SEM、DSC、VSM分析镀层结构、形貌以及磁性,结果表明:Ni—P镀层在PS微球表面沉积均匀,表面光滑;微球的饱和磁化强度为1.074×10^-2emu,所具有的磁性可使其在磁场中悬浮。
For the purpose of magnetic targets that can be suspended in magnetic field used for ICF, a chemical plating method was adopted to prepare such magnetic targets with Ni-P magnetic layers. The optimal experiment parameters as below: NiSO4 · 6H2O was 30g/L, NaH2PO2 was 30g/L, sodium pyrophosphate was 60g/L, pH value was 10. 5 and the temperature was 40℃ SEM, DSC and VSM etc modern testing methods were respectively used to measure the structure, the morphology and magnetism of as-prepared samples. These studies indicated that the saturated magnetism of PS targets with smooth Ni-P layers on surface was 1. 074;〈 10^-2emu, which was enough for PS targets to suspend in magnetic field.
