针对现有的超声电机测试系统功能单一、电路复杂、价格昂贵等不足,基于LabVIEW虚拟仪器技术,开发出一种多功能的超声电机的测试系统。系统由计算机和超声电机驱动器实现对超声电机的控制,由激光位移传感器和高速的数据采集卡采集超声电机的位移信号,并通过微分后得到其速度值。利用该系统对直线超声电机的速度特性进行了测试,实验结果表明:该系统稳定可靠、测试精度高。与传统的超声电机测试系统相比,该系统具有硬件结构简单、人机交互友好、功能完善、可扩展性强等特点,可进一步作为多参数测试和伺服控制研究的实验平台。
The current measurement system for ultrasonic motor(USM) has many disadvantages like single function,circuit complexity,and expensive cost,etc.A measurement system for USM based on LabVIEW virtual instrument technology is developed.The measurement system controls the USM by a PC and a special USM drive,and the USM's displacement signal is collected by laser displacement sensor and high-speed data acquisition card.The displacement signal can be transformed to velocity by differential operator.The speed characteristics of a linear ultrasonic motor has been tested using this system.The results show that the system is stable,reliable and precise.Compared with traditional methods,it has many advantages such as simple hardware structure,friendly human-computer interaction,consummate function and high scalability.Besides,it can be used as a platform for the future applications of multiple parameters measurement and servo control study.
