Based on the survey on the utilization of coal and chemical by-product and petrochemical industry by-product and waste resources in metallurgy chemical industrial park,this paper introduces the comprehensive recycling utilization of carbon resources of petrochemical industry,coal and chemical by-product and by-product of heat and power industry, and comprehensive utilization of the by-products of different industries. This paper also analyzes the main problems existed in the development of cycling economy in the park,and proposes constructive advice on the utilization of ＆quot;three wastes＆quot; in the park.
