基于转底炉直接还原工艺,比较了转炉细灰与膨润土、有机粘结剂对含碳球团生球落下强度的影响。发现配加20%转炉细灰与配加6%膨润土造球效果相近,可用其替代膨润土。在含碳球团中配加转炉细灰,通过单因素试验研究了转炉细灰配加量、水分、成型压力、配碳量对生球落下强度的影响,并采用正交试验对影响的程度进行了分析。结果表明:随着成型压力、水分和转炉细灰配加量的增大,生球落下强度先升高后降低;随着配碳量增加,生球落下强度逐渐降低;最佳工艺参数组合为水分15%、压力15MPa/C/O为0.8、转炉细灰配入量为25%。可行性分析认为,在含碳球团中配加转炉细灰是高效利用转炉细灰的可行途径。
Based on the direct reduction process of rotary hearth furnace, the effects of converter fine ash, bentonite and organic binder on drop strength of green ball of carbon-containing pellets were compared. It is found that, the balling effect with addition of 20% converter fine ash is close to that with addition of 6% bentonite, thus the converter fine ash can be used to replace bentonite. The converter fine ash was added in the carbon-containing pellets, and the effects of converter fine ash proportion, moisture, forming pressure and carbon ratio on green ball drop strength were studied and analyzed through single factor test and orthogonal test. The results indicate that, with the increase of forming pressure, moisture and converter fine ash proportion, the drop strength of green balls first increased and then decreased;with the increase of carbon ratio, the drop strength of green balls gradually reduced;The optimum process parameters combination is as follows:moisture 15% ,pressure 15 MPa, C/ O 0. 8 and converter fine ash proportion 25%. It is considered in feasibility analysis that, adding converter fine ash in carbon- containing pellets is a practical way for high efficient utilization of converter fine ash.
